Together with Olga Schlyter Kulturmiljökonsult AB, we have had the honor of reviewing all (!) of Karlshamn municipality's cultural heritage sites and environments ahead of the update of the comprehensive plan. In accordance with the new amendments in the Planning and Building Act (PBL), all particularly valuable areas, the so-called 8:13 areas, must be identified. Within these areas, there will be an increased requirement for permits. We have completed a few inventory trips which have partly offered perfect autumn weather, see pictures!

Tillsammans med Olga Schlyter kulturmiljökonsult AB har vi fått äran att inventera samtliga (!) av Karlshamns kommuns kulturmiljöer inför uppdateringen av översiktsplanen, där man i enlighet med de nya ändringarna i PBL måste peka ut samtliga särskilt värdefulla områden, så kallade 8:13-områden. Inom dessa områden kommer det råda utökad lovplikt. Vi har hunnit med ett par inventeringsresor vilka delvis bjudit på perfekt höstväder, se bilder!

This week, we spent a couple of days in Mariestad, where we conducted an inventory of mainly cottages in the forest northeast of the town, as requested by the municipality. The inventory was carried out by bike and from the air (drone).

I veckan spenderade vi ett par dagar i Mariestad där vi på utdrag av kommunen inventerade huvudsakligen torp i skogen nordost om stan. Inventeringen skedde på cykel och från luften (drönare).

Together with Spacescape, we have been awarded a new framework agreement with Uppsala Municipality for consulting services in connection with comprehensive planning. Uppsala Municipality is growing rapidly, and the current comprehensive plan from 2016 needs to be updated, a task we hope to contribute to!

Vi har tillsammans med Spacescape fått ett nytt ramavtal med Uppsala kommun avseende konsulttjänster vid översiktsplanering. Uppsala kommun växer snabbt och den nu gällande översiktsplanen från 2016 behöver uppdateras, ett arbete vi hoppas kunna bidra till!

The building permit for the renovation of Skålhamra Manor in Täby has been approved, ensuring that the long time owners Täby Golf Club can continue to develop its services to club members and visitors. We will continue to work with the building during the renovation process.

Renoveringen av Skålhamra gård har fått godkänt bygglov! Grattis till de nuvarande ägarna Täby GK som är de ägare som innehaft gården under längst sammanhängande tid.
Vi gjorde förundersökning och konsekvensanalys av bygglovsförslaget och kommer även framöver var delaktiga i renoveringsprocessen.

We have moved into the Art Nouveau building at Skeppsbron 44 in Gamla Stan, Stockholm. The building was built in 1910 and is very well preserved. If you're in the area, please stop by and admire the staircase!
We share the office space with Kaminsky arkitekter.

We have been chosen to be the primary supplier of Heritage Concultancy Services to Skolfastigheter i Stockholm AB. SISAB is a municipal company
that owns and develops 600 preschools, compulsory schools and upper-secondary schools in Stockholm.
Amongst a total of 6 applying companies, 3 where chosen and we managed to secure first place. The agreement spans over 2 years with the possibility to extend another 2 years.

Vi har blivit utvalda att vara huvudleverantör av byggnadsantikvariska konsulttjänster till Skolfastigheter i Stockholm AB. SISAB är ett kommunalt bolag
som äger och utvecklar 600 förskolor, grundskolor och gymnasieskolor i Stockholm.
Bland sammanlagt 6 ansökande företag valdes 3 ut och vi lyckades säkra förstaplatsen. Avtalet sträcker sig över 2 år med möjlighet till förlängning i ytterligare 2 år.

The building permit for the renovation of the ICA supermarket has been approved today. The proposal for the renovation was done by ÅWL architects and we helped out with the heritage aspects of the project.

Today we have moved into Schönska huset in Gamla Stan, Stockholm. The building was built around 1768, rebuilt in 1867 and got its current appearance in the 1920's. The picture is from 1927 when Rederi AB Svea owned the building.
We share the office with the extremely competent restoration architects Draken Arkitektur.

Idag har vi flyttat in i Schönska huset i Gamla Stan. Byggnaden uppfördes kring 1768. Fasaden omgestaltades 1867 efter ritningar av Johan Fredrik Åbom och fick sitt nuvarande utseende på 1920-talet. Bilden är från 1927 när Rederi AB Svea ägde huset. Vi delar kontor med det extremt kompetenta restaurerings-arkitektkontoret Draken arkitektur som bland annat är husarkitekter för Norska ambassaden och Manillaskolan.
I huset sitter även General Architecture och kvarteret är i övrigt klassisk arkitektmark där bland andra Bengt Lindroos och Carl Nyrén haft kontor.

The former office villa of the Stockholm Gas Works, now called Bobergsvillan, is being restored now that the building permit has been approved. We carried out a preliminary study to determine the original colour scheme and supplied the building permit drawings based on the original drawings found in the Stockholm City Archives.

Den före detta kontorsvillan vid Stockholms gasverk restaureras i skrivande stund efter att bygglovet blivit godkänt. Vi bodrog med en förundersökning där bland annat dess ursprungliga färgsättning fastställdes samt upprättade bygglovsritningarna efter de ursprungliga ritningarna som förlaga.

We have been selected as the main supplier of Heritage Consultancy Services to the Municipality of Ekerö, home of the World Heritage Site Drottningholm.
Out of a total of 9 bidding companies, 3 were selected and we were awarded first place. The contract is for 2 years with the possibility of an extension for a further 2 years.
